The world economy is becalmed; the drops in GDP has finally stabilised, but at a level that is the lowest in decades. With interest rates still high globally, inflation continuing to be a menace, supply chains disrupted, wars breaking out, protectionism ruling the economic atmosphere, reshoring biting chunks out of global economic interdependence, and so on, what is a small, open economy whose choice for industrialisation was to open itself to FDIs (Foreign Direct Investments) and seemingly ignoring domestic industries, to do?
