Description
Malaysia’s 5-year development plans are now in its 13th evolution. Yet, the impact of these plans remain unfelt by many. Worryingly, too, plans have been disrupted mid-way and the lack of quantitative targeting and measuring is disturbing. Needless to say, there appears to be a disconnect between these plans and the industrial masterplans; their working in unity is a prerequisite for development to advanced country status.
